The Angry Birds Movie 3 has released a new promotional poster inspired by Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Doomsday.

The parody artwork shows the Angry Birds gathered before a large portrait honoring Mighty Eagle, with the message “Honoring Mighty Eagle for saving our eggs.” The poster replaces “Doomsday” with “Boomsday,” matching the franchise’s explosive comedy and chaotic style.

The promotional image is a playful movie-marketing reference rather than an announcement of any official connection between Angry Birds and the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The Angry Birds Movie 3 will continue the animated franchise with Jason Sudeikis returning as Red, Josh Gad as Chuck, Danny McBride as Bomb and Rachel Bloom as Silver.

The voice cast also includes Emma Myers, Walker Scobell, Keke Palmer, Lily James, Tim Robinson, Anna Cathcart, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Nikki Glaser, MrBeast, Salish Matter and several other returning and new performers.

The sequel is directed by John Rice from a screenplay by Thurop Van Orman. Paramount Pictures will release The Angry Birds Movie 3 in theaters on December 23, 2026.

The official synopsis says Red will face his greatest challenge yet as he attempts to survive fatherhood while helping save the world.
