Take-Two Interactive has once again listed Grand Theft Auto VI for release on November 19, 2026, giving players another official confirmation that Rockstar Games’ current launch plan remains unchanged.
The date appears in Take-Two’s latest shareholder and financial materials, where GTA 6 is included in the company’s upcoming release schedule for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Take-Two expects the launch to play a major role in what it believes will be a record financial year.
The company currently projects fiscal 2027 net bookings between $8.0 billion and $8.2 billion. Management has said that GTA 6, together with strong performance across the rest of Take-Two’s portfolio, is expected to establish a new level of operating performance for the business.
Take-Two is also forecasting more than $1 billion in operating cash flow during the fiscal year.
That figure applies to the company’s overall operations rather than GTA 6 alone. It includes revenue and spending across Rockstar Games, 2K, Zynga and Take-Two’s wider catalogue.
The company said stronger cash flow will give it additional flexibility to invest in technology, future releases and other business opportunities.
GTA Online and Grand Theft Auto V remain major contributors to Take-Two’s current results. Both titles continue generating revenue through game sales, GTA+ memberships and recurring spending inside GTA Online.
Take-Two’s latest financial report listed GTA Online and GTA V among the company’s largest contributors to net bookings during the quarter.
Management believes GTA 6 will create another major turning point for the company when it launches later this year, although all financial projections remain forward-looking estimates rather than guaranteed results.
Rockstar Games has not announced another delay, and Take-Two’s official release schedule continues to show the same November date.
Grand Theft Auto VI launches on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
