Mistfall Hunter is preparing to bring its dark fantasy extraction battles to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC on July 29, 2026.

Developed by Bellring Games and published by Skystone Games, Mistfall Hunter combines third-person action combat with the high-risk structure of an extraction game.

Players enter dangerous regions covered by the Gyldenmist, battle monsters and rival hunters, collect valuable equipment and attempt to escape before losing everything gathered during the expedition.

The world has been left broken following the fall of the gods. Players are revived by a mysterious girl named Dew and sent into the mist to recover Gyldenblood, a resource connected to restoring the damaged Web of Fate.

Mistfall Hunter can be played alone or with a three-player squad.

Each expedition places players against creatures controlled by the game as well as other groups searching for the same rewards. Surviving the environment is only one part of the challenge, as another team can attack before an extraction is completed.

The game will launch with six playable classes, each offering different weapons, abilities and combat roles.

Players can change between two weapon stances during battle and build their character through talent trees, active skills, equipment and gem effects. The system allows each class to support several playstyles instead of locking players into one fixed build.

Combat focuses on positioning, timing and quick reactions. Players must decide when to engage enemies, when to protect their collected loot and when to leave the battlefield before the risk becomes too great.

Mistfall Hunter also promises seasonal updates that introduce new locations, classes, equipment and other additions to the extraction experience.

Xbox players will be able to access Mistfall Hunter through Xbox Game Pass on its first day of release.

Mistfall Hunter launches July 29, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC through Steam.
