Grand Theft Auto VI remains on schedule to arrive this November, according to gaming industry source NateTheHate.

NateTheHate believes Rockstar Games will release GTA 6 on November 19 without another delay, provided no unexpected major problems emerge during the final months of development.

The November date is already Rockstar’s official release plan. However, NateTheHate’s comments offer additional reassurance for players concerned that the highly anticipated game could move into 2027.

Rockstar originally planned to release GTA 6 during 2025 before moving it to May 2026. The company later delayed the game again to November 19, explaining that the additional development time would help deliver the expected level of polish.

NateTheHate also expects Rockstar to provide another substantial update on the game during August.

That update could reportedly include Grand Theft Auto VI Trailer 3, although Rockstar has not announced the trailer or confirmed an August release window.

Rockstar’s official GTA 6 website currently lists Trailer 2 as the newest video. The company has not published a countdown, premiere page or release date for another trailer.

A third trailer could provide a closer look at gameplay, Vice City, the state of Leonida and the criminal story involving Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. Its exact content remains unknown.

With the game approaching its November launch, Rockstar is expected to increase its marketing activity throughout the remaining months before release.

Until the company makes an announcement, the August timing should be treated as an informed expectation rather than a confirmed Trailer 3 date.

Grand Theft Auto VI launches November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
