Sony Pictures has released the first official clip from Spider-Man: Brand New Day ahead of the film’s theatrical debut.

The footage places Tom Holland’s Spider-Man in the middle of a high-speed chase through New York City, offering a brief look at the practical action and street-level danger awaiting Peter Parker in his latest adventure.

Brand New Day takes place after the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home. Peter now fights crime full-time in a world where nobody remembers his identity, while the pressure of protecting New York begins causing a dangerous change he may not be able to control.

The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers.

Holland returns alongside Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Jon Bernthal, Mark Ruffalo, Sadie Sink, Michael Mando, and Tramell Tillman.

Spider-Man: Brand New Day arrives exclusively in theaters on July 31, 2026.
