Fortnite’s streamed asset system appears to contain preview images for several cosmetics and development assets that were never released to players.

Fortnite Underground shared Locker previews for a Geoff Keighley character, an orange Unreal Engine mannequin, the Golden Umbrella, and an early version of the Gummy Water Sprite.

The Geoff Keighley model previously appeared during Fortnite’s Star Wars event at Risky Reels, where Keighley and filmmaker J.J. Abrams were represented through holographic in-game characters. The model remains classified by the community as an unreleased cosmetic rather than a normal Item Shop Outfit.

The Unreal Engine mannequin appears to be an internal development model, while the other images may represent older concepts, test assets, event props, or cosmetics that Epic Games considered but never completed for public release.

Their presence in Fortnite’s files does not mean they will eventually become obtainable. Development assets can remain unused, be replaced, or be removed without ever appearing in the Item Shop.

Epic Games has not announced any of the pictured items as upcoming cosmetics. Until official confirmation is provided, the previews should be treated as archival or unreleased Fortnite content rather than future releases.
